• Franchisee operates a Restaurant:
  • – Under Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh brand
  • – Sell Standard Menu at Standard Pricing set by the Franchisor
  • – Operates and manages the Restaurant according to the Operating System set by the Franchisor;
  • – Develops and promotes the Restaurant and its Menu according to the Franchisor’s CIS standards and marketing plans; and
  • – Uses the business components of the Franchise Business in manners required & allowed by the Franchisor only.
